Meet Our Facial Plastic Surgeon
Randall J. Falconer, MD

falconerIn my ear-nose-throat residency, our program had a strong emphasis on plastic surgery and a great plastics department. Today, I’m grateful to have had that exposure and spent a lot of time in the discipline learning from some excellent plastic surgeons. But what really happened is that I developed an interest in facial plastic surgery that has helped guide my career and has exposed me to a wealth of experience and the complete range of techniques.

“In my quest to deliver the highest standard of care for facial plastic surgery, I’ve learned that the skill and capabilities to choose, combine and successfully perform the most appropriate, effective techniques are essential parts of providing your best facial plastic surgery outcome. And this means looking natural, like you… and not as if you’ve had ‘work done.’ It’s also important to have an artistic eye and aesthetic sensibility. But what matters most is being completely dedicated to your best interests and to providing the support, understanding, patience and heartfelt compassion you deserve.”
